We have developed a comprehensive hygiene protection concept, which has been approved by the health authority and is regularly checked. The safety of our guests and staff is very important to us, so we always observe the applicable distance and hygiene rules. Due to the measures taken to contain the Corona Virus (COVID-19), we may not be able to provide all services and facilities upon your arrival. Restrictions on services are also possible. This depends in each case on the current Corona infection situation and the decrees of the state governments.

The following facilities are currently not available:
– Swimming pool
– sauna

Please note: Compliance with the hygiene rules (AHA rules) does not entitle you to a reduction in the tour price.

If you wish to cancel your booking or parts of your booking and have already made payments to us, you may be entitled to a credit. In the case of partial cancellations, you will receive the credit as a settlement check up to 14 days after departure. In case of a complete cancellation, we will transfer the credit back to your account as soon as possible.

Bundesliga, Champions League and Europa League games with German participation as well as the European Championship and World Championship are broadcast on the big screen.

Our 4 * rooms have two single beds, a wardrobe, a desk, a small seating area, a TV and a private bathroom. You will find bed linen and towels in the room. In the bathroom you have a hairdryer, shower gel / shampoo and a make-up mirror. Most of the rooms also have a safe.

You are welcome to smoke outside. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, in the houses and in the inner center. If this is not observed, a special cleaning fee of EUR 150 will be charged.

You are welcome to bring your dog with you. Please note that out of consideration for the other guests, animals are not allowed into the restaurant and inner center. Dogs must always be kept on a leash on the facility. In addition, dogs are not allowed on excursions. It is also not possible to travel by bus. Guide dogs are exempt from these restrictions. Due to the extra cleaning, a surcharge of 15,- EUR per night will be charged, up to a maximum of 50,- EUR per stay. For PARTY TIME and MEIN URLAUB, a flat rate of 50,- EUR per dog applies.

The indoor pool is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., the sauna from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Different opening times apply on weekends. The women’s sauna takes place every Tuesday from 6:00 p.m.

The swimming pool is open to external guests from 8:30 a.m.

After consultation, we can offer gluten-free or lactose-free food. Please notify us of your wishes when booking and talk to the chefs at the buffet on site. They will be happy to advise you on the daily offers.

You can easily fill out the registration form online or we will send it to you 4 weeks before your arrival. You can fill it out and send it to us by email or fax it back. If you do not have all the data such as date of birth and address, you can fill them in and present them to reception on the day of arrival.

It is possible to book a single room. In this case we charge a single room supplement.

If you have spent a total of at least 4 stays in Eurostrand, of which at least 2 in the last 2 years, you are of course our regular guest. As a thank you for your loyalty, we waive you as a regular guest the address fee when booking and you will receive a value voucher for our shop.

The minimum age for PARTY TIME and PARTY TIME CLUB NIGHT is 21 years. The average age of the group must be 25 years.

Arrival and departure by bus is possible on fixed routes. The bus can be booked up to 10 weeks before arrival. The booking is made directly via our booking hotline 040 22 63343-0. You will be informed in writing about the exact departure time and the exact boarding point about 3 weeks before arrival. Drinks are not included on the bus.

Check-in for the PARTY TIME start at 3 pm and the premium all-inclusive program starts at 4 pm. Check-out on Sunday is until 11 am. The all-inclusive program ends at 1 pm.

After booking you will receive approx. 3 weeks before arrival Your tickets as well as the exact departure time at your chosen access point. The track number is displayed on the notice board of the respective station about half an hour before departure.

Check-in takes place on the train. Here you will receive your premium all-inclusive tapes and one key per house/studio. Additional keys can be picked up at the reception on arrival. The FUN EXPRESS usually has 6-seat compartments. Each passenger receives a seat reservation. In the middle of the train is the dance car. Here you can buy drinks and snacks at festive prices. The consumption of your own drinks is not allowed in the dance car, you can consume them in your compartment.

Upon your arrival at the train station, shuttle buses will be waiting to take you directly to the Eurostrand Resort. The time for the return of the shuttle buses to the station can be found on the notice boards on site.

The FUN EXPRESS is a special train chartered by Eurostrand with departures between Rheine and Cologne to the Resort Moseltal and from Cologne to Osnabrück to the Resort Lüneburger Heide. Bookings can be made directly with our reservations team 040 22 633 43-0.

It is possible to book a single room. In this case we charge a single room surcharge of 50,- EUR per room and night.

Alcoholic drinks are served between 10 am and 11.30 pm, except on the day of arrival and departure. On the day of arrival, the service of alcoholic beverages takes place from check-in and on the day of departure until check-out.

Arrival on Sundays is at 5:00 p.m. and on the rest of the day from 3:00 p.m.

You will receive 4 weeks before arrival together with all the important information about your holiday and the group registration form and the registration form for the excursions (or excursions). a link through which you can register). Children’s cots can be booked for 17,- EUR upon booking. These will be set up in a room you have booked. Please note that these beds are travel beds and not cribs.

Departure from the advertised cities usually takes place from the bus station. The exact departure time will be communicated to you in writing 3-4 weeks before arrival. Drinks are not included in the bus.
